The first part of the course included a home study package of books, assignments, and website access information. After completing the assignments I traveled to Manchester to attend the practical part of the course. During the practical weeks I was able to build on information that I had studied with the home study package, learn the hands on aspects of sports therapy, meet others in the industry, and even work a few hours in the local sports therapy clinic. The final part of the course consisted of case study work, and once again I could return to Norway to undertake this section of the course. Many subjects were covered on the course, with lots to learn about all aspects of sports therapy.
