Sports people all over the world are becoming increasingly aware that the difference between winning and losing is 90% in the mind. Winning for some may be essential to their career.
Sports Psychology is an essential part of success:
- Gain laser-like focus
- Reduce injury and speed recovery
- Inspire deep motivation and confidence
- Reduce stress and anxiety in play
- Help your clients set effective goals
- A deep sense of inner connection and self esteem
- Confidence to deal with challenge and loss
Course Aims:
For a sports person to succeed on the field, there needs to be much more than just knowing effective game play skills. If the inner mind loses focus and direction because of an emotional distraction such as acts of racism, sexism, disagreement with the team or just doubts of self esteem or confidence, the sports person may lose focus or have to fight the distraction in their own mind, therefore leading to a loss in performance.
On this 2 day workshop we teach many techniques and strategies on how to work through limiting beliefs, why the mind will react to one situation but not another and how to succeed no matter what challenges the sports person faces.
