Sports Massage has become increasingly popular in the last 5 years, with more and more people involved in activities such as sport and exercise.
Our course has been developed in line with the new National Occupational Standards in Sports Massage, and is the minimum requirement for sports massage work in elite sport.
Whilst most sports massage courses teach only the basics of massage, we include injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation techniques, to give you a wider range of skills.
The course is taught over 15 days (weekdays or weekends) and includes online/distance learning, plus 100 hours case studies.
